**Enter the order number & email used for your order and follow the instructions on the Return Center page to receive your shipping label. Returns will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase with the exception of 'sale' items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs & duties.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT / OR REFUND?
